Auld Lang Syne

from Lovers and Other Strangers by DruidSong

/

about

"Auld Lang Syne" may be the best known Celtic song in the world. It turns up lots of places, although few artists use all the lyrics.

As is usually the case in works by Robert Burns, the lyrics make extensive use of Scottish English, so there are expressions and terms that people in the USA don't readily understand.

And, on that note, I'll take my leave, wishing you good things until we meet again.
